Description

Is there an easy way to compile ipopt with ma57 so as to use long ints for all the integers?

I think there originally has been the idea that you would just have to switch the typedef of Index in src/Common/IpTypes.hpp from int to long int, but doing so breaks the compilation in a number of interfaces (Lapack, MA27, then I gave up). These would need to be extended to deal with cases where Index and ipfint are different.

I have the -DFUNNY_MA57_FINT flag to link against Matlab's MA57 which uses longs.
