Problem compiling bonmin under visual studio 10 + intel fortran

Reported by: ycollet Owned by: pbonami

I've got problem while compiling bonmin using visual studio 2010 + intel fortran. Visual asks to convert the .vfproj to .vxfproj in the solution. The visual solution is quite hard to use because a lot of include paths are broken and I need to correct them, IPopt use a separate directory to store the thirdparties ...

Maybe switching to a cmake version of the project should be better for the windows solution.

Best regards,

Dear YC,

These kind of decisions are made for all coin-or projects by the Technical Leadership Committee. I know that there were some discussions about changes but I don't know where they got to.

Regarding compiling Bonmin in windows in general and visual studio in particular. I personally don't have any possibility of reproducing or fixing problems. But if, by any chance, anybody has better project files or is willing to provide better support than the one currently provided, I will be more than happy to let him/her do it (I don't have any form of retribution to offer except moral recognition and publicity). Best, Pierre
